SRI provides a full-dimensional inspection of every lot that comes in. As an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company, our in-house quality assurance professionals maintain the highest standards of training and education. Every lot that comes in to SRI from overseas is segregated until all materials and dimensional inspections have been completed and certified.
With the latest in inspection technology and precision measuring instruments, our quality assurance staff is able to obtain extremely accurate data and pass that information on to our customers. We offer our customers: First-Piece Inspection Reports, SPC Data, PPAP Reports (at all levels), and Final Inspection.
Our in-house capabilities are: ASQ Certified Technicians, Dimensional Inspection, Upper & Lower Case Limit Data Reports, Internal/External Thread Gauging, Electronic Blueprint Control (CAD/CAM), Digital Calipers & Micrometers for Dimensional Inspection, Full Lot Traceability, Process Capability Studies, Gauge R & R Studies, Inspection Accuracy to .00005". The following tests are performed at one of our accredited independent labs: Mechanical Tests, Destructive & Non-Destructive Tests, Metallurgical Tests, and Tensile Proof Load Testing.
