SRI is able to provide castings using all manufacturing methods. Some of the most common methods our suppliers use include Sand, Die, Permanent Mold, Gravity, Lost-Foam, and Investment. Various types of materials are also available to provide you with a high-quality, low-cost option. Tooling charges remain at a minimum due to the benefits of global sourcing.
Forging
SRI provides high quality forgings to some of the biggest names in each of the industries we serve. Forging shapes metal via compressive forces at various temperatures. It can be classified as “cold" or “hot,” depending on the temperature in which it was created. Generally forging is a beginning step in creating a finished part. Whatever your forging needs may be, SRI has an established, world-class partner to maintain high expectations and low costs.
